You may call or use the service desk portal to log a request.
If you have not used the system in the last 90 days, your account will be automatically disabled. To enable your account, please call Ventia Service desk to log a ticket.
Once you have created your user in StructureBuilder, please call the Ventia Service Desk to log a ticket to activate your account. It may take up to 2 business days to have the user activated before you can access StructureBuilder. You will receive email once user account is activated.
Password reset is to be done by yourself. ICT cannot help you with this request as you need your security question and answer to do so. Please do not share this information with anyone.
If you have locked yourself out of StructureBuilder, using the above Phone number to log a call with Ventia Service Desk and log a request. It may take up to 2 days to have the user unlocked before you can access StructureBuilder.
